Title
News in brief.
Abstract
The article presents news briefs related to genetics. Mutations which are passed to the daughter cells are basically caused by changes in the DNA sequence. Activity-based protein profiling (ABPP), which uses reactive chemical probes to point enzyme active sites, can be used to explain the function of uncharacterized enzymes. Reprogramming of differentiated cells to induced pluripotent stem cells was initially achieved using integrating viruses to deliver the reprogramming factors.
