- Abstract
The article explores several decisions in which the Navajo Supreme Court has applied it to questions involving juveniles, such as child protection, children in need of supervision, termination of parental rights, and other matters. Topics discussed include Navajo (Dine) Fundamental Law' and some of its foundational concepts concerning children and families; role of Dine Fundamental Law in addressing disputes involving Navajo children and families.
