- Abstract
This investigation constitutes a brief view on Ricardian thought as the base for neo-Ricardian models that include differences in the cost determination structure, the explicit determination of localization costs and its significant influence on the production process. This review goes from Ricardo's postures in the Parliament, through the case formalization using tools as game theory, up to determining a model that incorporates explicit localization costs and its inverse effect on the profit rate determination.
