The article presents a series of investigations by Alexander R. Galloway and Eugene Thacker in collaboration with the Radical Software Group (RSG) on the nature of software code as a form of language. Their examinations cover theoretical issues on its meaning and representation and propose a liberated computer language in which representations are geared towards innovation in communication and design.
