- Authors
Cambre, Belinda M.
- Abstract
The article focuses on the emergence of cyber charter schools and the religion's public endorsement in the U.S. It points out the problems in relation to state funds, which are being utilized for the cyber charter student's education and have made the largest deviation between homeschooling and cyber charter schools. The activities that are monitored in the home is indicated to pose a difficulty to students in cyber charter settings as it often comes out that homeschooling is not the topmost priority of the state. Concerns on the religion and public schooling's entanglement and the visible aspect of the trends in case law concerning the rights of parents and the school are also keyed out.
