Abstract
The article reports that Equatorial Guinean President Teodoro Obiang Nguema Mbasogo has reorganized his entire cabinet in August 2006. Obiang has controlled the oil-rich West African state since he staged a coup in 1979. He has named Ricardo Mangue Obama Nfubea as Prime Minister. Nfubea is a member of the ethnic Fang which makes up 80 percent of the country's population. The names of the new ministers are listed.
