- Abstract
The article presents a study which examines the impacts of addition of superphosphate, zeolite and reed straw on gas emission from stored duck manure. The study revealed that cumulative ammonia (NH3) emissions were lessened by 61-70% with the addition of superphosphate, while cumulative nitrous oxide (N2O) emissions rose up to 23% equated to the control treatment. It showed that reed straw addition lessened cumulative methane (CH4), N2O and NH3 emissions relative to the control by 47, 27 and 12%, respectively.
