- Abstract
Objective: to identify the relationship between environmental health and Covid-19 in the context of primary health care nursing. Methods: this is a Scoping Review, the search was carried out in the US National Library of Medicine National Institutes of Health, Medical Literature Analysis and Retrieval System Online, Institute for Scientific Information and Latin American and Caribbean Literature in Science databases. of Health, and the final sample consisted of 32 studies. Results: 32 articles were selected, analyzed in two thematic units: relationship between Covid-19 and climate change and nursing knowledge about environmental health. Final considerations: it was identified that the spread of Covid-19 is related to environmental issues, highlighting the importance of the role of Primary Health Care nursing to control the pandemic, developing actions to mitigate, organize and promote health. There was a need to include environmental health in the training and continuing education of the nursing team.
