- Abstract
The Munich District Court has ruled that a gradual cancellation of a trip is effective as long as the plaintiff has not provided precise information about the construction site. The Düsseldorf Higher Regional Court has granted a consumer protection association the right to prohibit a utility company from maintaining a termination confirmation page that does not meet legal requirements. The Federal Constitutional Court has rejected an urgent application from the MLPD to broadcast a campaign advertisement on radio that includes commercial advertising for a book. The Cologne Regional Court has ruled in favor of a lawsuit filed by Deutsche Telekom against a subsidiary of the Meta Group, ordering payment of 20 million euros.
