- Abstract
Strenght training in unstable platafoms it's earning each time more space in general population and among this practices exists a large radius of benefits. The main objective of this study was to evaluate the activity hemodynamic variables crucifix straight year in stable and unstable platform. The sample consisted of eight males, aged 20-30 years. For body composition was used Pollock protocol seven folds and the body mass index. For hemodynamic variables was used the systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, heart rate and double product. The independent variables were age, body weight, height, gender and resistance exercise proposed. For the treatment of the data wen perfomed SPSS 20.0 for Windows statistical with mean and standard deviation for the simple and composite somatic variables to the dependent variables was performed to verify the normality of the data by the Shapiro-Wilk test. Then applied the test "t" test (p <0.05) for paired sample, with mean and standard deviation analysis before and after exercise. Only the pre and post exercise hemodynamic behavior significantly different on both surfaces. This means that the prescribed exercise intensity based on these physiological parameters effort, there is no difference between the surfaces. Therefore it is suggested that the variable surface should not be taken into account in the exercise prescription facing force taking into account the systolic and diastolic blood pressure, heart rate and double product.
