- Abstract
Adrenocortical carcinomas (ACCs) are rare; the incidence is approximately one to two per million populations per year, and incidentally found adrenal mass detected on radiographic imaging performed for different reasons. ACCs are aggressive tumours with poor prognosis. Complete surgical resection is the only potentially curative treatment for ACCs. We present here undifferentiated ACCs which found incidentally found adrenal mass detected in 80 years old woman. The patient was treated surgically and wasn't given medical therapy. This rare and aggressive malignancy can be seen in elderly patients group and must be evaluated in specialized referral centres.
