- Abstract
The article offers information regarding therapeutic jurisprudence and its application in the case of child custody. It mentions a Supreme Court case in the U.S. wherein the decision raised issue whether the best interest of child has really been addressed. It cites that the decision of the court of granting rights to the children's grandparents to take over the role of parents has made the issue complicated as it is contrary to American values.
