- Abstract
The article discusses the archaeological excavation of a possible former 19th-century penal settlement site at Redcliffe, Queensland. Focus is given to the unsuccessful attempts to locate a kiln associated with the site as well as the use of ground penetrating radar (GPR) in the excavation process.
