- Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 20-year-old Japanese man who was referred to the hospital due to a 3-week history of painful erythematous pustular eruptions with high fever. The patient was diagnosed with acne vulgaris for the past 5 years and had been administered antibiotics such as minocycline. He was treated with oral minocycline for his mild acne and has been well controlled for one year.
