- Abstract
The article analyzes the residential database developed under the study "Automated Valuation Models by Model-Building Practitioners" that was presented at the March 2007 computer-assisted mass appraisal (CAMA) conference. The database contains residential sales data and property characteristics from the Fairfax County (Virginia) Assessor's Office. It was developed using the ESRI Geostatistical Analyst software and multiple regression analysis (MRA).
