The article focuses on the equal protection of religion as gurranted first right under Bill of Rights of the U.S. Constitution. Topics discussed include analyzing special treatment of religion in the light of March for Life v. Burwell and Center for Inquiry, Inc. v. Marion Circuit Court Clerk court case and solutions provided by the court on the issue; federal courts approach in identifying distinction between religion and non-religion; and application for religious exemption statutes.
