- Abstract
The article discusses the case of a 64 year old woman presented at an ophthalmology clinic with a 1-day history of decreasing vision in her left eye. A physical examination showed a 3-cm mass on the right breast at the upper outer quadrant while the left breast had a retroareolar mass with inversion of the nipple. She declined recommendation to undergo mastectomy and was started on an aromatase inhibitor but was lost to follow-up until presentation.
