- Abstract
In the current scope of the study and documentation of Mexican Sign Language (LSM) is the proliferation of books belonging to a lexicographical genre generally called Spanish -LSM bilingual dictionaries and they are dedicated to the best to the description some lexical peculiarities of the LSM . In this paper one, though generally critical review, two outstanding works Diccionario Español-Lengua de Señas Mexicana. DIELSEME; Manos con voz. Diccionario de Lengua de Señas Mexicana. Whereas Spanish lexical entries against LSM units, the treatment is made with respect to the LSM Spanish, selection and collection of the corpus; the participation of the deaf community users sign language. The analysis of these characteristics evidence the lack of a solid lexicographical work and the urgency of forming teams of professionals who develop this task.
