- Abstract
The fertilizer utilization rates of different amount of nitrogen on the root, stem and leaf of flue-cured tobacco were studied by a field experiment on the same level of phosphorus and potassium fertilization. The results showed that the effect of high nitrogen treatment on the dry matter of aboveground part was bigger than the low nitrogen treatment. The effect of nitrogen treatment on the dry matter accumulation of tobacco root was more than control. The nitrogen fertilizer utilization rate of the aboveground part was 20d < 40d < 60d after transplanting, and the correlation between the utilization rate of nitrogen fertilizer and nitrogen application was the exponential function type with highly significant correlation for 20, 40d after transplanting, but it was two times curve type moderate correlation for 60d after transplanting. The fertilizer utilization rate of root was 20d < 40d < 60d < 80d < 100d after transplanting, and the correlation between the utilization rate of nitrogen fertilizer and nitrogen application was three times curve type with highly significant correlation for 20d after transplanting, and it was two times curve type with highly correlation for 40d after transplanting, and it was the exponential function type with highly significant correlation for 60, 100d after transplanting, and it was the exponential function type moderate relevant for 80d after transplanting.
