- Abstract
In railway transportation, traffic interruption has influence on conveying of the technical operation plan at technical stations, as well as on passengers' alighting and boarding at main passenger stations. Fast and reasonable calculating the recovery time after traffic interpretations is very important for railway dispatch and command work. In this paper, echo wave theory was creatively introduced to solve the calculation of the recovery time of railway traffic interruption. The calculation formula was deduced, and then the influencing factor and determination method of variables in the calculation formula were analyzed. Finally through example, the merits and demerits of the formula and its application scope were analyzed by comparing with the traditional method. The method proposed put forward a new method to solve the calculation of recovery time of the traffic interruption.
