- Abstract
The author offers his views on underappreciated criminal procedure cases, by referring to the Supreme Court case Hoffa v. United States. He discusses the role of the Hoffa case in the development of 4th Amendment doctrine and states that even though Hoffa has been widely discussed by scholars, it is an underappreciated case. He stresses on the right of privacy for the suspects during interrogation. He refers to the film "V for Vendetta," to describe his views on privacy and state surveillance.
