The article discusses the case of an 11-year-old boy with multiple joint dislocation since birth. The boy had bilateral rhizomelic shortening of upper limbs, spatulate and dislocated thumbs, bilateral elbow, ankle and hip dislocation. Results of the examination of his parents did not reveal any features of Larsen syndrome. The mutations in gene encoding filamin B (FLNB) lead to Larsen syndrome.
