- Abstract
The article discusses the features of autoimmunity in idiopathic pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH). Topics include vasodilation extends transplantation-free survival and improves functional performance for patients with impactful therapies; and substantial effort has focused on the potential contribution of immune dysregulation and/or overt autoimmune activity to PAH pathogenesis.
