- Abstract
The article reports that Pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH) is characterized by remodeling of the distal pulmonary arteries (PAs) leading to progressive increases in pulmonary vascular resistance (PVR), right ventricular failure, and death. Topics include identification of complementary innovative therapeutic interventions is thus urgently needed in PAH; and study was to assess the feasibility of a future early-stage clinical trial evaluating BRD inhibition in PAH.
