The article profiles Doctor Thomas Petigru Fraser, the twenty-sixth president of the National Association for Research in Science Teaching in the U.S. Fraser finished his college and received his doctoral degree at Columbia University. His teaching experience includes head of science department in Booker T. Washington High School, professor of biology in Wilberforce University, and head of the department of science education in Morgan State College. He also served on numerous committees as science consultant.
