Abstract
The article focuses on removing implicit bias, that is someone matching a person's mental model may be given more credit for what she is, as compared to someone who does not match as having lower potential. It discusses the need for diversity in thought, with influence from genders, ethnicities and how implicit bias becomes a barrier to social inclusion at work.
