- Abstract
Noil waste generated during Eri spun silk yarn spinning has been successfully processed on woolen, cotton and Open end system of spinning and economics have been measured. Yarn produced from these systems has been tested according to international standard testing methods. Results have been compared as per the requirement of industry. The results of the investigation thoroughly discussed. It is found that open end system of spinning is most techno economically suitable for spinning of Eri Noil waste.
