- Abstract
Taking SQ6 Double-deck Wagon with Concave Bottom Specialized for Transporting Automobiles as an example, this paper studies the vibration mode and vibration transmission by using the fatigue and vibration test bench of railway freight cars. It is believed that the pitch vibration of the auxiliary air cylinder is the main reason for the crack of the bolt hole of the auxiliary air cylinder hanger. The results show that the fault diagnosis method of railway freight car based on vibration mode and vibration transmission is feasible in engineering application.
