- Abstract
The research aims to identify the application of electronic network marketing in accordance with the method of strategic engineering reengineering via social networked media rituals in the workplace in a sample of Five Star hotels in Baghdad City, Based on the stratified random sample method, )370(questionnaires were distributed to a sample of the staff of in a sample of Five Star hotels in Baghdad City, The number of questionnaires was (350) questionnaires, of which (314) were valid for statistical analysis with a response rate (100%). were analyzed by statistical programs (SMART PLS) and (SPSS v.24). The results showed that there is a direct impact relationship between (Re-engineering strategic operations and electronic network marketing), The importance of the current research is highlighted by the scarcity of studies that attempted to identify and know the nature of the relationship between (Reengineering strategic operations and electronic network marketing), as well as the current research attempt to address a real problem that directly effects of Five Star hotels in Baghdad City.
