- Abstract
The article focuses on a case of refractory peripheral neuropathy linked to eosinophilic granulomatosis with polyangiitis (EGPA) treated successfully with mepolizumab. Topics include the patient's symptoms and medical history, the pathology and diagnostic process, and the positive clinical outcome following the combined therapy of systemic corticosteroids, high-dose intravenous immunoglobulin, and mepolizumab.
