- Abstract
The purpose of this study was to analyse distance learning models for young people. Among the methods used in this study, it is worth noting logical analysis, deduction, induction, synthesis, abstraction, and others. According to the study results, the main problematic aspects are difficulties with the competent arrangement of communication between students and teachers, the lack of a clear and logical structuring in the implementation of education, dif- ficulties with self-study of students, incompetence of subjects of education in the use of information and communication technologies and otherwise. The theoretical framework allowed identifying the principles, based on which this learning format can be arranged most effectively and expediently. Based on these principles and the considered problematic aspects, it was possible to identify their solutions, which will consider the fundamental components of distance learning. It was noted that the most popular models of distance learning in foreign countries are the case model, regulated self-learning, radio-television, advisory, and others. Among the analysed models, the network one was highlighted as the most attractive. This is explained by the fact that it accommodates the specific features inherent in each of the above and allows organizing the education more constructively for all subjects of this process. The practical value of the results obtained lies in the offer of recommendations that will provide an opportunity to ensure increased efficiency of distance learning.
