- Abstract
The article reports that in October 2004 up to 16 ectoparasite-laden Giant Sunfishes were observed in Nusa Lembongan, Indonesia. Five coral reef species cleaning separate Mola body regions was observed. The cleaning behaviour of adult angelfish is a rare trait retention otherwise it is seen only in the East-Pacific genus Holacanthus. Ulcerations were appeared along the Mola fin trailing edges during cleaning. An extra lower jaw joint of Angelfish have results in an unusual grab-and-tearing capability.
