- Abstract
The article presents a case report of a 35 year old woman who had deeply stained hypoplastic defects on the labial surfaces of both maxillary central incisors since her childhood. She had got them restored several times with bonded composite resin which were now worn and chipped, revealing the underlying discolored enamel. For this problem it was decided to employ ceramic reverse three-quarter crowns. These complete restorations were esthetically aceptable and more durable than previous ones.
