Motherhood for the Aging.
Abstract
The article presents information about a survey on the issue related to health hazard in pregnant middle-aged women. The survey was conducted by Phyllis Mansfield, an associate professor of nursing at Pennsylvania State University. Mansfield indicated that the health hazard beliefs are exaggerated. The risk factor associated with pregnant women over 35 years is increase in the number of Down's syndrome babies.
