- Abstract
The article informs that the U.S. Federal Judicial Center (FJC) reported to the Judicial Conference Advisory Committee on Civil Rules on a pilot project designed to streamline litigation by using pattern discovery in similar cases. Topics discussed include use of pattern discovery in similar cases to reduce costs and delays; lower settlement rate for comparison cases; and factors differing between the pilot and comparison cases.
