- Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 5-month-old male infant presented with hypotonia and infantile seizures, and electroencephalogram showed hypsarrhythmia and brain magnetic resonance imaging identified cortical dysplasia and subependymal nodules. The article discusses that the diagnosis of tuberous sclerosis complex was made based on fulfilling four major clinical criteria; and lifelong cardiovascular surveillance for arrhythmias is suggested even after resolution of the rhabdomyomas.
