- Abstract
The article focuses on collective invasion of cancer cells. It says that the ability of cancer cells to spread in adjacent tissue serves as a hallmark of cancer. It explores the categories of collective cancer cell invasion, such as single-cell migration, multicellular streaming, and collective cell migration and invasion. It adds that collective invasion's mechanistic dissection will be critical in elucidating its contribution to metastatic tumour progression and local tissue invasion.
