Gastrointestinal: Ano-popliteal fistula in Crohn's disease.

- Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 36-year-old man with recurrent purulent discharge in the popliteal fossa who also ha an history of colonic Chron's disease (CD). The ultrasound performed to the patient revealed fistula along the aponevrotic fascia and that magnetic resonance imaging confirmed the diagnosis of ano-popliteal fistula developed from the anus. The pouchoscopy and ileoscopy performed to the patient showed no pouch or ileal inflammation.
