- Abstract
The article offers information on the editors and developments on the National Career Development Association (NCDA) journal the "Career Development Quarterly" (CDQ). The "Vocational Guidance News-Letter" under Frederick J. Allen's editorship was founded in 1911 as the progenitor. In 1952 The "Personnel and Guidance Journal (PGJ) with National Vocational Guidance Association (NVGA) as its founder had been the journal of Journal of Counseling and Development (JCD). The NVGA with William D.Wilkins had been the operational support of PGJ. By 1952 the NVGA board of directors wanted to maintain its journal "Occupations" that the historical mission and purpose of APGA journal was taken over by "The Vocational Guidance Quarterly" (VGQ). The chronological NCDA Journal Editors is also presented.
