The article discusses a court case between nursing home operator Bryant Woods Inn Inc. and Howard County, Maryland, which highlights the legalities over exhaustion of administrative remedies and reasonable accommodation suits governed under the Fair Housing Act. It notes that Bryant Woods Inn has filed a complaint against Howard County due to failure to provide a reasonable accommodation. A discussion on the Fair Housing Act of 1968 and the Fair Housing Amendments Act of 1988 is also offered.
