Beville, Maria
- Abstract
The article focuses on the concept of phantasmagoria as a prominent feature of Irish Modernist literature. Topics discussed include the linked poetry and prose of Irish authors W. B. A national version of the literary fantastic that is closely related to Modernism and contextualized in coetaneous social and political issues is examined.
