- Abstract
The article describes the case of a 30-year-old male patient with a history of headache, right eye ptosis with diplopia, large lobulated sellar/suprasellar lesion extending to the temporal fossa, which are consistent with the diagnosis of dural cavernous hemangioma. The diagnosis was confirmed after performing histopathology, magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) and computed tomography scan. The difference between hemangioma and meningima is discussed.
