- Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 64-year old female complained of abdominal distention and pain in the last 4 months, accompanied by heartburn. It amnions that she had no episodes of nausea, vomiting, black stools or difficulty in defecation, and the past surgical and family histories were unremarkable; and mucinous cystadenoma is a type of mucinous neoplastic epithelial cyst usually lined by a cylindrical epithelium, and they mainly arise in the ovary, pancreas and appendix.
