- Abstract
A case study is presented of a 66-year-old male with a history of smoking and chronic kidney disease. Catheter based digital subtraction angiography showed distal ulnar, occlusion of the digital vessels and radial arteries and absent flow to the distal index finger; and positron emission tomography–computed tomography scan revealed hypermetabolic activity in several cervical lymph nodes. Further he was treated with distal radial and ulnar artery thrombosis.
