- Abstract
The article discusses the development of Threshold Learning Outcomes for law in 2010 for a project on Learning and Teaching Academic Standards of the Australian Learning and Teaching Council. Topics discussed include a gap in legal education literature in Australia, TLOs support from stakeholders and approval of TLOs by the Council of Australian Law Dean. Other topics include trends of legal education in Australian law schools and curriculum approach to achieving educational goals.
