The article addresses serious offences implemented on individuals for disclosing national security information related to terrorism, espionage and treason in Australia. Topics discussed include criminal charges against individual disclosing national security information, views of Attorney-General Daryl Williams on the impact of terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001 on international security, and punishment of imprisonment to individual who discloses information.
