- Abstract
The article explores the examination of Justice Raymond Finkelstein to the issues of multiple class actions under the Part IVA of the Federal Court of Australia Act 0976 (FCA Act) in Australia. Justice Finkelstein explores the issue on how to respond to entrepreneurial litigation that arises in the conflicts of interest between the lawyer and the group members. He then examines the issues by using the experiences of the U.S. with securities class actions that includes the Private Securities Litigation Reform Act (PSLRA) to explore possible solutions.
