- Abstract
The article discusses the link between animal abuse and domestic violence and psychological evaluation and treatment provisions in animal cruelty laws. It mentions that need of increase protection of both animals and humans in Tennessee and requirement of health and human services agencies to report signs of animal abuse observed during the course of their employment. It also mentions that pattern of violence between animal abuse, child abuse, and intimate partner abuse.
