- Abstract
The article discusses the U.S. Supreme Court's approach to recognize and protect positive constitutional rights such as right of privacy . Topics discussed include the U.S. Supreme Court's decision in the case 'McCullen v. Coakley;' the court's decision in 'Glossip v. Gross' that provides support for the existence of positive rights protected by the Constitution; and the court's efforts means for achieving protected rights.
