- Abstract
The author offers his insight on the involvement of Burch Porter & Johnson and the Ratner, Sugarmon in the assassination of Marin Luther King Jr. in Memphis, Tennessee on April 3 and 4, 1968. He notes the participation of lawyers in the legal representation of King and the other defendants. He points out that both Burch Porter and Ratner represented King in the court. He also mentions the riots and other forms of trouble caused by the shooting of King.
